There maybe cheaper companies out there, but we provide a quality service and have been around longer than most of the 'fly by night hirers' and this is reflected in our prices, insurance, testing, risk assessments, customer service, customer feedback, google reviews and above all the repeat business we receive. If price is the only driver for you then we are probably NOT the company you will want to hire from, your children's safety comes first and you can rest assured that if it is not safe to provide a bouncy castle then we will not, no matter how much money you throw at us!

We pride ourselves in owning all of our equipment backed with documentation and public liability insurance (£5m) to provide peace of mind.

It is important to note that all our equipment come with the following as standard

• Safety mats

• Electric inflation blower (PAT tested)

• Appropriate extension leads

• Electrical protection

• Ground pegs to secure castles

• Sand bags to secure equipment when indoors

We are a member of The British Inflatable Hirers Alliance (BIHA), which are committed to ensuring that all their members provide a safe service to the public.

All our equipment bought brand new and manufactured by UK companies that comply to EN14960:13 British standards.

We also have £5million Public Liability Insurance cover

We understand that honesty and reliability are key to any customer organizing a bouncy castle, we are often contacted by customer/parents that are let down at the last minute and we have to step in.

Here are a few details to note

• Make sure that your garden is clean and free of any animal fouling or mess
• Outside MUST be on grass (or have anchor points directly into the concrete or tarmac NO exceptions)
• Two forms of ID are provided on the day, one with a photo (e.g. drivers licence, utility bill)
• Allow 30-45mins to setup and remove on each side of your party times e.g party starts at 10am, booking should be from 9.30am
• Read our Terms and Conditions
• All bookings are secured when a payment is made and a confirmation email is sent with a booking reference
• If only deposit is paid, full payment in cash must be made before equipment is setup on the day
• Health and Safety rules MUST be followed
• We are a 'DRY HIRE' only company, therefore any forecast of rain the booking will be CANCELLED
• Clear access to your garden or hall
• Check the width x length x high requirements
• MOST IMPORTANTLY ENJOY THE PARTY
